This explains what Eurika collects and why, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

From you: your email, WhatsApp number, business name, the content you put on your website (text, photos, files, links), and payment references for plans you pay for. Your password is stored scrambled, never in plain text.

From your website's visitors: simple counts of visits and taps on your buttons (no names). If you turn on the enquiry form, the name, phone number, optional email and message a visitor types are stored and sent to you.

Why we use it

To run your website, log you in, take and confirm payments, send you the emails about your account (welcome, confirmation, receipts, reminders, enquiries and password resets), and keep the service safe.

Who helps us

We use trusted services to run Eurika: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Upstash (database), Resend (email), CHIP (FPX online banking payments) and CallMeBot (WhatsApp alerts to our team). They handle data only for these purposes.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account exists. Email hello@eurika.tech to see, correct or delete your data, or your account. Payment records may be kept for our accounts.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you logged in and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
