Terms of Service

1. What Eurika is

Eurika lets a business or person create a website at yourname.eurika.tech. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Give us true information and keep your password safe. You need to confirm your email address before your website goes online. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person can hold at most three accounts on the same WhatsApp number.

3. Free trial and plans

New accounts get a free trial of one month with all Pro features. After that you can pay for the Basic or Pro plan by the month. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our home page and in your dashboard. A payment covers 30 days from when the previous period ends. Ask us at hello@eurika.tech if you think you were charged wrongly.

4. When a plan ends

If a trial or paid month ends and you do not renew, your website stays online for 7 more days with Basic limits. After that it is paused and shows a "temporarily unavailable" page. We do not delete your content when a plan ends: renew and it comes back.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the words, photos, files and links you put on your website, and you give us permission to store and show them so the service can work. You promise that you have the right to use them and that they are not illegal, misleading, hateful, or an infringement of anyone's rights. The "Made with Eurika" line in the footer of every website must stay.

6. What you may not do

Do not use Eurika for anything illegal, for scams or spam, to sell prohibited goods, or to attack or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend a website that breaks these rules.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Eurika running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales or indirect losses. Keep your own copy of anything important.

8. Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time by emailing hello@eurika.tech. We can close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Eurika means you accept the update. These terms follow the laws of Malaysia.
